Returns
Our products are made to order so all sales are final. Of course, we will replace defective items if you notify us within 30 days of purchase.
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase so please choose carefully before placing your order.
Shipping
We do not add a premium on shipping fees. The price we pay is the price you pay.
Various shipping options will be presented to you at checkout, including Flat Rate shipping, which is usually around $4 to the US, $8 to Canada and $10 to the rest of the world.
For iPhone Cases, Flat Rate shipping is around $3.50 to the US, $10 to Canada and $12 to the rest of the world.
Additional items are approximately 75¢ to the US and $1 to the rest of the world.
In many cases, Flat Rate shipping can be more expensive than choosing a specific carrier and class of service, so please consider your options carefully at checkout.
We take about 2-7 business days to print products so you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination.
97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
